Registration fees:

Early birds - registration including payment from 05.03.2025 to 31.07.2025: 4.400 CZK or 176€ per person.

The registration fee includes entry to all milongas, 5 hot meals (2x dinner, 1x lunch with dessert, 2x night soup), water, coffee, tea, fruit and small snacks throughout the marathon. Sunday lunch can be ordered as part of the registration for an extra 200 CZK/person or 9 €.

In the event of cancellation before 30 July 2025, we will refund 50% of the fee paid.
Later, only an exchange agreement for another dancing couple or dancer in the same role is possible. Upon agreement with the organizer, the registration can be transferred to another person.

If you pay in euros, the refund may be affected by exchange rate differences.

• You can register either individually (single leader/single follower) or in pairs. If you are registering as a couple, please send us only one registration for both dancers.
• Because we want to guarantee the best possible dance experience for everyone, we will approach registrations in such a way as to achieve an even 1:1 ratio of leaders to followers.
• When registering a couple, we will send payment information for 2 people. We will send a confirmation upon receipt of registration.
• The amount can be paid either in Czech crowns or in euros. Transfer costs are covered by the registered participant. If the bank charges the organizer additional fees, they will be transferred to the participants for payment on the spot.
